  Disappointing aftercare and customer service

  I hired this company to install flue hatches at my property, however a later gas safety check failed as they were incorrectly sized. When I contacted the installer, I was told the issue would only be fixed if I paid again, despite the installation being non-compliant. While the initial work was completed, it is unreasonable to charge again to correct an incorrect installation. Disappointing aftercare and customer service. Would not recommend.
