We had no hot water from our unvented heating system. Called Mizzen and we were allocated an engineer who attended and diagnosed the fault of a broken diverter valve and a broken immersion heater. Once we received and approved the quote for the required works we were booked for the works to be carried out the following day. We were kept up to date the whole time from Nat and Charlie. Excellent service would highly recommend.

This is the second time I've used Mizzen. Both times they have been totally professional and reliable in every way as well as being reasonably priced. Great experience, and a very customer focussed business. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Plumber was very considerate, diligent (had to run around looking for a nonstandard pipe), left everything very tidy and spotlessly clean. Despite having to remove WC to fix the problem, you wouldn't know he had been afterwards (except that he fixed the leak!). First rate service
