The engineer was pleasant and worked well. I believe he did a good job - time will tell! The communication from the Company was exceptional. It was prompt and clear and I felt confident using them. They accommodated my needs for times they could do the job and they had a good turnaround time. They seemed very professional and I felt like I was an important customer.

Did not fix my heat pump, declared the problem resolved, then demanded money. Only offered to come out again when pressed. Didn't actually seem bothered about repairing the heat pump and said I was paying for an "investigation" of the problem.
