fantastic service from beginning to end from Brian & Mark. phoned Saturday, new machine installed by Monday lunchtime. breath of fresh air! could not recommend highly enough.

I had a Water2Buy water softener which needed a service after 5 years according to manufacturer's recommendation. Unfortunately, the manufacturer went bust so most of the companies that I contacted via Checkatrade refused to service it. Mister Water Softener agreed but I made a mistake and did not ask for a written quote on what work would be carried out as a part of the service. They charged me £125 for work that I could have done myself. The engineer than ran a couple of cycles and tested water hardness again. Concluded my softener is broken and offered to install a new Harvey for £1300.

Service of my water softener- brilliant service today from Brian. Arrived on time and very professional. He took time to explain the process he would undertake ,and what to check for.I was impressed by his knowledge of the softener, attention to detail, cleanliness. He showed me the results of water tests reassuring me the machine was working correctly. He checked all components and the cycle.He explained what i should look out for and how to deal with a major leak should it occur.Overall, I would highly recommend a service with this company. Thank you Brian for providing a First class service

Mark is fantastic - very helpful, informative, and responsive, and he did a fantastic quality job installing my new water softener. I am very happy with his work and very happy with the results - I now have softened water in my property and the change is amazing!
