  Paid £210 for a deep clean & barely got a surface level job

  Mr Broom quoted £210 for a deep clean before a new tenancy. I paid £105 upfront and the balance was due on satisfactory completion. The quote included cleaning skirting boards, radiators, light switches, doors, floors and removing dirt and fingerprints. However, after the clean, many of these areas remained visibly dirty and I took photographs as evidence. When I raised concerns, the cleaner refused to return my property keys and they were only returned after my husband contacted the police. Poor workmanship and unacceptable conduct. I cannot recommend this company.

The property was in a below average and heavily soiled condition,we understand your expectations and regret that the experience did not fully meet them. However based on the evidence and the condition of the property we believe the service was delivered in line with the agreed scope. The attached photos only reveal the poor condition of the switches, radiators and skirting boards.

  Cleaning of entire house prior to going on the market.

  Deep cleaning of a 3 bedroom house we bought recently

  Initially gave a good review because on the surface, the job looked good enough. But upon checking the house again, I noticed overall the job was not up to standard of a deep clean. Some nooks and enclosed places were not cleaned at all. While some were lightly wiped. Cobwebs discovered in the bedroom's corners and also in the wardrobe did not give impression of a deep clean. Limescale were alos discovered in the bathroom's washing hand basin and tap. Kitchen cupboard were lightly cleaned, had to clean again ourselves again. I will not recommend them for deep cleaning of a house.
