  Refused to clean

  The company came to the house and refused to clean after being really rude. The plumber was fitting a new toilet, but another was available. The company at first refused a refund, then retained a cancellation fee even though I didn't cancel the service. Don't use.

  Hello Matthew We thank you for your review, you should really expose a true review. As it has already been said in emails between you can not change the company's health and safety rules or forced anyone doing a job here no have condition for that.

  End of Tenancy

  Can’t recommend enough. Very competitive pricing and they have clearly worked very hard. Booked an end of tenancy clean and the place looks incredible. Our oven and fridge/freezer looks brand new and the shower cubicle had lots of hard water on also from previous tenants so had built up a lot but it’s incredible clean now and you would never believe if you saw before pictures. Thank you so much to the team. Very quick in response and easy to get hold of

  Internal and external windows cleaning and toilet

  They have refused to complete the job they were paid to do, and have refused to speak or return my calls, it’s been more than 3 weeks now. The last communication I had with them they said they cannot do a refund and asked me to wait until they have a staff available to come and complete my job and that was 2 weeks ago, do we have to wait for eternity? They took and money and have refused to do the job. What kind of business do these people run?

  End of Tenancy including deep clean of carpets and oven

  Cleaners arrived over an hour and a half late. Still stains that should’ve been easy to remove were left, carpets only hoovered, and oven still dirty. Several areas weren’t properly cleaned. Landlady had to finish the job. Very disappointing. I paid 285 pounds and the walls and floors were still dirty, obe cupboard wasn't even touched. The quote was for end of tennancy including oven and deep clean of carpets. In reality they mopped and hoovered and cleaned the bathroom. Really disappointed

  Deep cleaning of carpets and chairs

  I had a very fantastic experience with the team. I contacted them to help with the deep cleaning of my bedrooms and study as well as my chairs and staircase. They did an awesome job and exceeded my expectations. They also helped me to clean my bathroom as well which was an extra gift! I would definitely reach out to them when I need any deep cleaning. They did an excellent job and they are very pleasant and professional people! Good work team!
