    Cloakroom refurb

    Toby did our bathroom renovation a few years ago and we did not hesitate to call him back to do our downstairs cloakroom. We were not disappointed. Toby is efficient, tidy and takes great care with the details. Very happy customer!

    MI Property is a great plumbing and refurbishment service. Toby is reliable, friendly, never in a rush and reasonably priced. He has done another job for us replacing an intake valve on our radiator involving. No job is too small, he is efficient and knows what he's doing. Will be using this company again.

    MI-Property (Toby) is reliable, friendly and knows what he is doing. He has just completed a job for us replacing a tap in our utility room. He did another job in July smartening up an ensuite shower. Wonderful work which has made the world of difference to the unit.

    Toby has been doing home improvements for us for 14 years. He has always been hardworking, professional and with a good sense of humour. Everything is always left clean and tidy. Recently he installed new shower, bath and flooring. We are so pleased with his work as always.
