Toby did a great job from start to finish.

Toby carried out a first rate job fitting new wall and floor tiles, new sink with vanity unit, new toilet and new light fitting in a small downstairs loo. He was friendly throughout and his work was clean, tidy and efficient.

Having had our bathroom completely replaced recently by Toby to a very high standard, we decided he was only the company we wanted to do our new kitchen as well. A very capable, skilled, friendly and honest tradesman who works in a clean and tidy manner with great attention to detail. Toby on both occasions has been excellent and would highly recommend to anyone in need of his services

We chose MI Property based on other check a trade reviews as we were looking to replace our bathroom. This is the first time we have used Toby and so glad we did. The fit and finish is excellent, great attention to detail, overcoming any problems and working cleanly, professional and highly skilled in all jobs we needed doing. Toby is a genuinely nice, honest and trustworthy guy with a lot of renovation experience. We are so pleased with the bathroom that we’ve asked Toby to replace our kitchen as well ! Toby , listened to what we wanted, worked with us as we selected our suite and materials. He kept us updated throughout the project. He always consulted us if there were any issues he encountered. He was very tidy and his workmanship was excellent. We can’t recommend Toby highly enough.

From the moment I contacted Toby he was quickly back with a reply, quote and date for the job. Toby was on time, cleared away at the end of the day and was considered with his approach to the refit. All his work was done to a high standard and I am thrilled with the outcome. Would highly recommend.
