  The work was done in a perfect timeframe, with the best communication The guys that completed the work were very respectful and friendly. I can’t fault their work in any way, They have done an amazing job, leaving everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely be using them again.

  Pergola, concrete slab & block paving

  Working with Damo & his team has been an absolute pleasure. His communication has been fantastic throughout, & all work has been completed on time to a great standard. I have already recommended him to one of my friends 🙂 After dealing with many inexperience tradesmen, Damo & Mint Construction have proved to me that their is still some decency in the world, a trader who takes pride in their work, & actually cares about his customer & service.   Garage conversion, opened up to the kitchen

  Mint construction have done an amazing job on converting my garage. Throughout the whole job Damo was constantly in touch with me telling me what was happening and even send pictures of the progress when I was on holiday! Fantastic service from him and all the team and I am very pleased with the end result. I would certainly use them again.

  Lintel replacement

  Mint replaced a front lintel and trays for the back lintel, and patched the plaster. The work was explained clearly and carried out by friendly and professional people. Good value and would recommend, already considering further work with them.

  New staircase installation.

  Staircase installation associated works. We commissioned a new staircase, for which Damon supported the design and measurement processes. Damon and the Mint team were responsible for the removal of the existing stairs and remediation prior to fitting the new unit. This included plastering, structural works, painting and floor fitting. All works were completed to an excellent standard, which we expected having used Mint for previous works. The team have their own exacting standards which is good to know and they maintain.

  Responsive high quality customer orientated builder

  Mint was the only local builder interested in the repair work. The task was completed promptly to a very high standard, by skilled, knowledgeable craftsmen who were considerant of our situation. Work and the final charge was as per the quotation and we consider it good value for money.
