  Mint Construction - Floor, stairs and structural work

  Mint Construction was great. They were honest and open throughout the build on materials, cost and timeline, gave sound advice and always kept me in the loop everytime there was an issue. Despite the initial timeline being extended (thanks to an older than thought house and hidden problems from the previous owner being uncovered!) they were professional and understanding. Big shout out to Alex for the amazing herringbone floor he fitted throughout the ground floor and made it look like it was one flowing pattern from room to room. Recommend, would absolutely use them again.

  Cutting a hole in garage wall and installing doors.

  Damo and the team at mint construction were great every step of the way. Excellent communication, to the point and very professional. They cut the hole in the garage wall with great precision, installed a lintel, took away the brickwork and provided / installed the doors to an excellent standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Professional, Efficient and Truly Impressive

  Highly recommend Damo and his team at Mint Construction. RSJ removed and replaced to an excellent standard, with Building Control fully managed. Bespoke media wall expertly built by a fantastic carpenter. High-quality electrician and flawless plastering. The team were efficient, organised, and never wasted time. Always polite, respectful, and easy to work with. Damo is calm, knowledgeable, reassuring, and completely trustworthy. Outstanding service throughout.

  Hi. We wanted to express our sincere thanks for the work already carried out this week. You hear so many bad stories about builders but your team have been nothing but reliable & professional & a pleasure to have here. Their attendance has been on time and they have ensured our discomfort has been kept to a minimum It has shocked us both and we are so pleased us that we chose Mint for our work. Thank you. We look forward to seeing the next phases come together. My Wife not easily pleased but she is overwhelmed by everything so far as she has some building knowledge.

  The work was done in a perfect timeframe, with the best communication The guys that completed the work were very respectful and friendly. I can’t fault their work in any way, They have done an amazing job, leaving everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely be using them again.

  Pergola, concrete slab & block paving

  Working with Damo & his team has been an absolute pleasure. His communication has been fantastic throughout, & all work has been completed on time to a great standard. I have already recommended him to one of my friends 🙂 After dealing with many inexperience tradesmen, Damo & Mint Construction have proved to me that their is still some decency in the world, a trader who takes pride in their work, & actually cares about his customer & service.
