Mint replaced a front lintel and trays for the back lintel, and patched the plaster. The work was explained clearly and carried out by friendly and professional people. Good value and would recommend, already considering further work with them.

Staircase installation associated works. We commissioned a new staircase, for which Damon supported the design and measurement processes. Damon and the Mint team were responsible for the removal of the existing stairs and remediation prior to fitting the new unit. This included plastering, structural works, painting and floor fitting. All works were completed to an excellent standard, which we expected having used Mint for previous works. The team have their own exacting standards which is good to know and they maintain.

Mint was the only local builder interested in the repair work. The task was completed promptly to a very high standard, by skilled, knowledgeable craftsmen who were considerant of our situation. Work and the final charge was as per the quotation and we consider it good value for money.

Damo and is team were very good and professional. Neat work and cleaned up very well afterwards. Damo kept in contact throughout the job and it was done very quickly. Very happy with the job!

We couldn’t recommend Damo and Mint Construction enough. It was a big job, but Damo was super organised and got things moving quickly with a really fast turnaround. His communication was brilliant – always keeping us updated with photos, explaining things clearly, and meeting us regularly to put us at ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he even dealt directly with building regs and our architect which made life so much easier. The whole project was well managed from start to finish, and the quality of the work is excellent. Highly recommend

Damon and his team were superb from start to finish. Having had a bad experience with another company just weeks prior we were dubious about having a builder in, especially to complete structural work, but from the moment Damon came to look at the job it was clear he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Communication was second to none, detailed comprehensive competitive quote was received within hours, the work was carried out quickly, the team arrived when they said they would, they were professional, respectful and we are thrilled. They did a MINT job for sure.
