  A removals firm that genuinely cares

  3 moves over 2 days: household then garden. Craig & Connor moved the household. Items were labelled to go into different rooms, with the kitchen the "if in doubt" area. Some labels fell off: Craig called to check where they should go. He spotted a key left in a bureau lock that would have fallen off, and put it safely inside a drawer. Some items were going into the garage, and we said we'd clear a path for the next day's unload into the back garden. Craig & Connor unloaded so as to leave that path. Dale and Jay took real care with waterlogged and heavy yet fragile young trees and shrubs.

  Moving home - ups and downs

  We have had bad experience using movers before so are always wary when engaging a company to provide this service. Having researched Mills we thought we had found the answer to our problem - good reviews from this site. On the day, two men showed up on time and did an amazing job of visiting two sites. They a were polite, friendly and helpful - boxes ticked all the way through. Then it was time for payment. And my wife was told they had started charging from the time they left the Depo - meaning we owed an extra hour . We negotiated but this was not the agreement beforehand - so beware.

  Office Move

  We recently used Mills for our office move. A team of 4 who worked so hard and efficiently to get the job done. It was so reassuring to work with a knowledgeable team who have lots of experience. I would highly recommend.

  Very helpful from start to finish. Easy and clear communication. The removal team were all extremely helpful and friendly. They moved us professionally and efficiently and the whole day went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Mills and we would happily use them again.

  House move - piece of cake!

  Jay, Adam, Craig and team were exceptional. Despite delays in the chain, Jay remained open to moving us and when we finally exchanged, accommodated packing the house and arranging the move. They were polite, efficient and organised and helped everything progress smoothly. They came back quickly to collect the unpacked boxes. Invoice was very reasonable for the work completed. Highly impressed and will certainly use Mills Removals should we ever move house again.

  Great team of workers who were friendly, hard working and very efficient. It was particularly helpful to use their packing service which I would thoroughly recommend. Very competitive pricing for a job extremely well done.
