Fantastic recent move June 26 on one of the hottest days of the year with Mills Removals. Ours was a move between counties with lots of furniture and heavy garden items. Jay gave us a prompt quote and detailed itinerary. The team was led by Adam- from the get go we could tell we were in experienced and trusted hands. Even when we had to wait to secure moving dates, Jay kept communication high and was incredibly patient. Trust how many boxes he says you need as he never gets it wrong! Competitive price and excellent hard working removal men. We had four chaps who were very upbeat and friendly despite the number of boxes I had. They worked their socks off and I was very happy with their care to the job.

Prompt arrival a alloted time by Andy, Craig and Stuart ( on 2nd day) They worked extremely hard and packed everything securely on 1st day ready for removal on 2nd. They worked so efficiently that they had almost finished the work that day. 2nd day the van was loaded and they left mid morning. So patient waiting for keys to my new property (3pm) Thank you so much. Made the move bearable especially their friendly experience!

Mills were great from start to finish. Really good communication, friendly and helpful service. They packed up most of my home the day before the moving date, leaving me with the essentials like bed, tv and kettle so that on the day there was just a few bits to do. Unlike other firms I got a quote from, they visited in person to quote and were happy to remove shelves and other wall fixings. I'm so glad that they were recommended to me and would happily recommend them to others.

Having used Mills Removals three times now, including twice this week, I felt compelled to post a glowing review as I have been so impressed by their customer service. Each time I have dealt with them, they have answered their phones within one ring, and been friendly, helpful and professional. Each time they have given me a time for their visit, called ahead to confirm they are on track, and arrived punctually.
