Nathanael was an absolute professional from the first contact He responded almost immediately, clearly explained the type of water softener he installs including its features and guarantees and provided a transparent, upfront quote with no hidden costs, regardless of the work involved. He was prompt, reliable, and got the installation done within just three days. No runaround, no delays just straightforward, efficient service. He was also quick to respond to any follow-up questions or concerns. 10 Fitting complex kitchen tap and filter

The hot tap at the sink is phenomenal and I really love the fizzy water element it’s excellen. it’s fantastic to have five in one at the sink. Nathaniel is intelligent, kind and a problem solver. I have had lots of issues with the kitchen tap over the years and he has resolved the whole thing in a very calm manner.
