Great experience throughout regarding type of water softener required and additional work on the Quooker. Nathaniel even went out of his way to collect the Quoooker tap from Nottingham to ensure installation could be completed in our desired timeframe. Cannot recommend his work enough!!

He was also quick to respond to any follow-up questions or concerns. The job was seamless, and I'm very pleased with the outcome (even though I haven't fully tested it)
