  Cleaning gutters that hadn’t been cleaned for many years

  Thus company has been efficient from the first contact. He kept me informed the whole way through the job and was friendly and professional. The gutters look great and Callum followed up with really useful advice how to look after the guttering in the future. Would definitely use this company again 👍

  Work involved the refurbishment of 2 side extension roofs - erection/ removal of scaffolding, removal of all tiles and replacement with new as necessary, removal of old mortar, battens felt and lead removal/ replacement, installation of breathable membrane, installation of new dry verge system to both roofs. To main house roof - grinding out and replacement of top rear verge mortar.

  I cannot fault Jared the MnS team. The experience has been excellent throughout. The scaffolding team through to all the roofers we have had on site have been great. The outcome is excellent and I would highly recommend the team and work completed

  Information, Communication, Skill and good timing all first class

  Impressed by Jarred who explained what was needed in simple terms and seemed genuinely interested in us as the client. we we are so pleased we accepted the quotes from MIller N Shine. On the first day discovered that some of the rafters had rotted near the base which was invisible until tiles and old membrane removed. Jarred explained that this was solvable but increased the cost which was agreed. Team of roofers worked hard were polite tidy and considerate. Jarred organised timing for scaffolding and solar panel companies to dovetail with roof work with military precision.
