Impressed by Jarred who explained what was needed in simple terms and seemed genuinely interested in us as the client. we we are so pleased we accepted the quotes from MIller N Shine. On the first day discovered that some of the rafters had rotted near the base which was invisible until tiles and old membrane removed. Jarred explained that this was solvable but increased the cost which was agreed. Team of roofers worked hard were polite tidy and considerate. Jarred organised timing for scaffolding and solar panel companies to dovetail with roof work with military precision.

From the inspection of the roof from the inside to the completion of the dry ridge installation, replacement of broken/mismatched tiles and both eaves courses being replaced, an extremely thorough job was conducted by Jarred and his team. At all times, unfailing courtesy and patience were shown when numerous questions were posed and answers received were easy to comprehend. Despite being up against the typical unpredictable British weather, the two roofers worked tirelessly, cheerfully and considerately. Miller 'N' Shine's services are thoroughly recommended.

Contacted various roofing companies for quotes but we decided to use Miller N Shine as they went above and beyond for us. Really friendly great communication. We needed a new flat roof which we were planning to replace October time however with the recent heavy downpours we developed a leak. Contacted Jarrod and he arranged for the guys to be with us on Tuesday. New roof sorted 👍🏻 guys next day did new pointing to some tiles we had. Excellent company. Thanks to Jarred's thorough inspection of our roof a serious problem of water damage was discovered. He and his team repaired and replaced damaged sections of it making it strong again. Everything was carefully stored and tidy with safety of the site much in mind. We were grateful that his team were happy to explain what was happening. We were very impressed with the whole set up and have no hesitation in recommending them.
