  Really was an excellent service: Friendly and professional, the engineer gave the boiler what looked to me a thorough strip-down clean. He was polite and, most importantly, clean. Clearly took pride in his work.

  Boiler Servicing by Miller Freeman

  Very unhappy with the attitude of this company. A service job turned out to be over a £400 bill. There was no leakage prior to the service being carried out but after the service had been done water was dripping from the valves. The engineer was good no issue there but it is the attitude of the service manager . This lack of goodwill may now lose them a good customer.

  Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with unexpected costs after a boiler service. We initially quoted you for a full strip-down service on your 9-year-old boiler. During the service, while isolating the boiler to replace parts, the isolation valves began to leak. This is a risk we mention in our quotes. We provided a separate quote for the valve replacement, which you accepted. After we completed that work, you called to demand a discount, which we declined because the price was already discounted. We regret this unexpected issue caused you disappointment

  Excellent work for boiler install

  Boiler installed to a grade 2 listed property. The job was complexed but this did not put off anybody from doing a great job. From consultation and design stage to install, the team where fantastic. Very professional and got on with the job without any causing any concerns.

  Great job by Chris and his team and thank you for working through the heat, especially in the loft. Nice , polite and cleaned up after reach day. Price was very competitive. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks to Connor for the initial inspection. A very happy customer.

From their first visit our house to the follow-up phone support every member of the team were professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly.
