Heating element in one of the schools water boiler was replaced. Unfortunately the new element was faulty and needs to be replaced. Telephoned the company and they were on it straight away, no hassle & no daft questions asking if it could have been the schools fault. Have used them in the past and have found them to have a very meticulous work force.

Always an excellent service, delivered by polite and courteous engineers.

The engineer who came was courteous and efficient. He spent time with the boiler and also checked the gas meter. Before he left he looked at my radiators which needed thermostatic valves and promised to send me an estimate to have them renewed. The system was bled and left in good working order.

The office staff were very informative along with the engineer who recommended for us to get a carbon monoxide monitor which we didn’t realise we didn’t have. We will be using Miller Freeman again in the future.
