Very unhappy with the attitude of this company. A service job turned out to be over a £400 bill. There was no leakage prior to the service being carried out but after the service had been done water was dripping from the valves. The engineer was good no issue there but it is the attitude of the service manager . This lack of goodwill may now lose them a good customer.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with unexpected costs after a boiler service. We initially quoted you for a full strip-down service on your 9-year-old boiler. During the service, while isolating the boiler to replace parts, the isolation valves began to leak. This is a risk we mention in our quotes. We provided a separate quote for the valve replacement, which you accepted. After we completed that work, you called to demand a discount, which we declined because the price was already discounted. We regret this unexpected issue caused you disappointment
