  I am a landlord that recently used Military Precision Pest Control to undertake a rat infestation I had at a rental property. Dan’s military background along with his professional experience helped solve a dire situation that my tenants were living with for weeks.   Rats in loft need removing

  Dan was brilliant. We had been confused about noises in loft and really left it too long. We took his standard package and he not on placed the traps and poisons carefully without disturbing things he told us what to do. It's took 5 weeks to get rid of parent and juvenile Thanks so much

  Rat problem in loft

  Dan was punctual ,personable and professional. He listened to my problem and explained what he proposed to do. The outside of our property was thoroughly checked and all drains inspected. He did a complete check of the loft ,cleaned up and placed new bait trays at regular intervals. Problem has not reoccurred after three months.

  Vermin in the Loft

  Had a swift response from Dan after our initial phone call reporting noises in our loft. He visited very quickly and did a thorough check and did find evidence of a rat. He carried out the necessary procedures and returned a week later to assess the situation which proved his treatment was working, after a total of 4 visits we had the all clear. He was very thorough in his search for point of entry and advised action to take to prevent further problems. We would most definitely have no hesitation in recommending his services he was professional, helpful and reassuring at a worrying time.

  Mice in loft and kitchen

  Dan did an amazing job, explained everything I needed to know. Came back 3 times to check on the bait, also covered up a couple of holes outside where he thought they might be able to get in. I now have a mice free house! Would certainly recommend Dan..
