Dan was punctual ,personable and professional. He listened to my problem and explained what he proposed to do. The outside of our property was thoroughly checked and all drains inspected. He did a complete check of the loft ,cleaned up and placed new bait trays at regular intervals. Problem has not reoccurred after three months.

Had a swift response from Dan after our initial phone call reporting noises in our loft. He visited very quickly and did a thorough check and did find evidence of a rat. He carried out the necessary procedures and returned a week later to assess the situation which proved his treatment was working, after a total of 4 visits we had the all clear. He was very thorough in his search for point of entry and advised action to take to prevent further problems. We would most definitely have no hesitation in recommending his services he was professional, helpful and reassuring at a worrying time.

Dan did an amazing job, explained everything I needed to know. Came back 3 times to check on the bait, also covered up a couple of holes outside where he thought they might be able to get in. I now have a mice free house! Would certainly recommend Dan..

Dan arrived promptly, with good communication prior to the visit. He explained very clearly about the dormant wasp nest, and inspected the rest of the loft to confirm no other issues. We will be using his services again, thank you!

Dan was very friendly and personable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and more importantly, WHY. He systematically approached the problem, trying to find out how the rats were entering and where they were nesting, rather than just tossing poison everywhere and hoping it did the job. We also really appreciated his upfront honesty about the limitations of what you can achieve in a terraced house when the rats might be able to enter the property via the neighbours walls. He also came back beyond the initial three visits, for no extra charge, to ensure the problem was solved.

Dan did a fantastic job to start with and would have all 10's from me but then disappeared off the face of the earth. Had to give 0's as the agreed visits not done and work not completed.
