Mike was very informative of our options for a new loft ladder and gave helpful information so we could decide the best ladder for us. We were happy with our choice and Mike was clear with costing the job in order that we could make an informed decision. On installing the ladder Mike was efficient, cleared up and hoovered once the job was complete and Mike showed us how to operate the ladder safely. Very happy with the work done and the results.
