We’re absolutely delighted with the installation of our new loft ladder and hatch. Mike did a fantastic job from start to finish — his workmanship was excellent, and his attention to detail really stood out. He took great care to keep everything clean and tidy throughout, which made the whole process stress-free. The finished result looks brilliant and works perfectly, exactly what we were hoping for. It’s clear Mike takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finish.
