Mike was prompt on the day booked and got on with installing the loft ladder. He was tidy and reasonably quiet to the point I checked all was OK and found him progressing well. My wife and I got on with other things around the house and mid afternoon Mike came down to us and all was done and he was about to clear up. Mike demonstrated opening and closing the hatch as it was different from our previous one. He cleared away and using his own vacuum cleaned the landing area to the point there was no evidence of him being there! Happy to use him again on jobs in and around the house.

Mike was very informative of our options for a new loft ladder and gave helpful information so we could decide the best ladder for us. We were happy with our choice and Mike was clear with costing the job in order that we could make an informed decision. On installing the ladder Mike was efficient, cleared up and hoovered once the job was complete and Mike showed us how to operate the ladder safely. Very happy with the work done and the results. We can now safely enjoy our loft space.
