Mike converted our old 1980s loft extension into a cold loft for us. Works included removal of a staircase, plasterboarding a ceiling, installing a new loft ladder, insulating and loft boarding the new loft space as well as electrical work to install downlights into bedrooms from the loft. Mike’s communication throughout the project was excellent. He arrived on time every day and ensured the area was tidy before he left. All works were completed to a high standard and we are really pleased with the result! We would happily recommend Mike to family and friends!

Mike did a excellent job flooring our loft. He arrived on time, was tidy, carried the job out within the time frame quoted and offered pragmatic advice on other aspects of our home improvements as well which was very welcome.
