8 Cylinder issue

Very quick callback and response following my request about a cylinder issue. And they attended the same day! Overall a positive experience, however sadly they weren't able to diagnose the issue after 2 hours and suggested a cylinder replacement. As it's a big cost, we decided to get a 2nd opinion, and it turns out there was something small lodged in one pipe going into the cylinder.
