Service of a gas boiler

My boiler was making a strange noise and was showing an error code. I posted the job at 7pm last night, it was booked within half an hour and it is now diagnosed and fixed by midday the next day. Excellent communication and service.

Work done to a very high standard, Very professional and polite

Very quick callback and response following my request about a cylinder issue. And they attended the same day! Overall a positive experience, however sadly they weren't able to diagnose the issue after 2 hours and suggested a cylinder replacement. As it's a big cost, we decided to get a 2nd opinion, and it turns out there was something small lodged in one pipe going into the cylinder. I guess it was an oversight.
