  Damp proofing with rods

  Started with an honest survey, with some good advice of what the problem was and how to tackle it. No pushy sales involved. Communication to decide dates was quick and concise. Date confirmed, team arrived on time, explained the process and answered any questions fully from their vast experience and continued with the friendly and honest approach. Dust sheets down and work commenced. Tidying up as they went, kept going until the job was done, removed waste. Explained the guarantee and provided advice on next steps. Highly recommended and will use their services again.

  Remove paper and plaster from damp wall and then put a membrane on the bricks before replastering.

  The team arrived on time and got on with job straight away. They worked well together in the confined space and showed themselves skilful and efficient. When the job was complete they cleaned up after the themselves. They were friendly and their attitude made you comfortable having them in your home.

  Survey needed for damp patch on wall

  Lady who turned up was very polite and friendly and gave us some advice re the garden area in front of the house, however another company came out after did a through check of the property and located the issue with damaged felt and a broken tile on the roof leading to water coming down the cavity area which they have now fixed and given further advice on preventing more damage to the area. Whilst this company was efficient in getting a rep to us the issue wasnt correctly diagnosed and could have led to further problems if the roof damage wasnt located after by another company

  We advised the customer that the problem was with the cavity and that there may be some bridging issues. There was a patch of garden on that particular corner and we recommended that they start with drainage there. We are not roofers and our diagnosis was correct in the fact the problem is in the cavity. Time will tell if they have solved the problem or not. But professional damp proof companies do not replace felt on roofs.
