  Rising damp solved!

  I had some work done by midland preservation in my living room which had rising damp. Greg who came out to survey the damp was really friendly, professional and was knowledgeable, and was quick to get us a quote and sort the issue. The work was completed within 2 weeks, thanks to Greg being able to accommodate us due to the urgency of the job. I would 100% recommend midland preservation as a company. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and providing an excellent customer service, as well as a great job done!

  Water Ingress in Underground Garage

  Cellar Conversion

  We absolutely couldn't be happier with the work done for us by Glenn and his wonderful team at Midland Preservation. We started with a stinky, damp, moldy and rather unpleasant cellar...and we now have a beautiful and inviting wine cellar and perfectly dry storage area. The lovely Nick was with us almost every day for 3 weeks and was a joy to be around. Even our doggy Betty welcomed him every day like a member of the family. The whole team bring years of experience and expertise (possibly centuries between them 😉) which is evident in the precision, care and standard of their work.

  Damp proofing

  Good detailed damp survey will explanation of what is needed and how they will do it. Glenn was helpful when I had questions and came back to the house to look at a specific area with me. The work was done neatly with very little mess. The replastering is very neat. I had to ask them to come back to cap the holes from the external DPC but that wasn’t major. Overall happy with the job.

  Replacement floor boards and wood treatment to prevent woodworm

  Glenn who surveyed the job was very knowledgeable and a thoroughly nice man. He talked me through what would be done, and why, and the quote was very competitive. I was booked in in a good time frame. Then Nick who attended to do the work was again, a lovely man, polite, communicative, and a tidy workman. Very pleased with the service over all. I will be using them again!

  Damp Survey

  I called out Glenn to inspect my property of damp. Glenn was punctual and professional and confirmed my property was clear of damp and no further action was required. I felt Midland Preservation were honest and professional so on that experience I would recommend others to try Midland Preservation for any damp issues at their property.
