Midland Preservation worked to restore a significant garden wall, an endeavour which proved itself to be complex and lengthy. The team communicated well throughout, talking us through their thinking as they toiled to find the 'right thing' for the project at hand. Very pleased with the final result, and glad their remain companies out there that prioritise quality and integrity over quick results.

Turned up on time and when they said they would. Took care in protecting my property. Carried out the work efficiently. very friendly all round.

I had some work done by midland preservation in my living room which had rising damp. Greg who came out to survey the damp was really friendly, professional and was knowledgeable, and was quick to get us a quote and sort the issue. The work was completed within 2 weeks, thanks to Greg being able to accommodate us due to the urgency of the job. I would 100% recommend midland preservation as a company. We absolutely couldn't be happier with the work done for us by Glenn and his wonderful team at Midland Preservation. We started with a stinky, damp, moldy and rather unpleasant cellar...and we now have a beautiful and inviting wine cellar and perfectly dry storage area. The lovely Nick was with us almost every day for 3 weeks and was a joy to be around. Even our doggy Betty welcomed him every day like a member of the family. The whole team bring years of experience and expertise (possibly centuries between them 😉) which is evident in the precision, care and standard of their work.

Good detailed damp survey will explanation of what is needed and how they will do it. Glenn was helpful when I had questions and came back to the house to look at a specific area with me. The work was done neatly with very little mess. The replastering is very neat. I had to ask them to come back to cap the holes from the external DPC but that wasn’t major. Overall happy with the job.
