Spoke to Steve who kept us informed as it was Easter holiday. When told the price I thought it was a bit expensive but we needed the rail He rang us when he ordered the rail told us when it was being delivered &what day he was coming. Brought the rail with him on the day and carried it in the house which was a relief because it was 4 meters long. He was very polite & did a brilliant job. When I walk down the stairs holding the rail I think I am pleased that we paid the price it was well worth it.

Gave me a price and stayed with it, turned up exactly the time they said they would, cleaned up afterwards so it was like they were never there, very friendly and professional, would highly recommend this company, will be using them again in the future.

Gave time confirmation day before and then arrived on time. Very happy with the work completed. Our door frame is wonky and they still managed to get the door fitted as well as possible. They cleaned up once they were finished.

The craftsmanship on the new banister is solid and reassuring – exactly what I was looking for in terms of safety and durability. He also kindly took care of a small extra – fitting a cat flap – which was a thoughtful touch. A professional who clearly takes pride in doing things properly. The planning and execution was precise, which can only come with an underlying drive to excel.Highly recommended.

We are both senior citizens and both having mobility problems at the moment. My wife contacted Steve after I had had a particularly difficult few days using our stairs. Steve was very friendly and welcoming making it easy for her to interact with. After her initial contact I became involved in speccing out the job. This wasn’t going to be a cheap job because of the materials that we wanted, but an acceptable price was settled on quickly. Yesterday Steve and his colleague arrive early morning and had finished by 1pm. Delightful people to have in our home and a professional job done. Very good.
