  Great work workmanship but need to be careful not to damage things

  Replaced and extended worktops, new sink & tap. Workman ship cannot fault. Materials not ordered when ask for payment to do so. order day suppose to start work work tops wanted not available. sink lot bigger than wanted. Reliability change date to start work. Then on new date changed back to. said turn up at 9am the arrived 8.30 second day 7.40am! Cooker glass top removed and safety button left pressed down, no reason to touched stand alone cooker? Steve or his father couldn't get it back on correctly. Safety issue as cuts gas off etc. got sorted myself. damaged tile which Steve sorted

  Tom was very professional, friendly and respectful. The quality of work is excellent. When I was looking for quotes Tom arranged to come round, where others asked for photo. This was one of the main factors why I gave the work to him. I like most people want I want to meet the person prior agreeing to work especially as they are coming into my home. Thank you Tom for a good job and I will definitely not hesitate to call on you again or recommend you.

  Corrected boiler flue to manufactures recommendation and fitted seal. Also fitted a filling pressure loop so don't have to fiddle with a key
