  Very quick response to my job posting and managed to fit me in really quickly. Great communication, explained really clearly what they were doing/going to do and a did a good job too. Would highly recommend.

  Refit and refurbish roof

  The roof required to be refurbished whilst retaining the old tiles. New felt, battens and lead were laid and fitted. Three new velux were fitted which required some hard work. The pitch (12 degrees) of the roof caused some issues, the team were receptive to ideas and creative to retain sufficient fail for rain water to disperse. Marks team returned on several occasions to sort out minor snagging issues and he always picked up the phone to ensure the roof was completed to a high standard. A thorough and hard working team.   Water getting in around false chimney

  Mark and team did a great job of identifying the issue and getting a remedy in place. Mark was clear and prompt with all communication and described the issue with photos to help us understand the issue. Mark managed to get us fitted in quickly once the issue was identified and the team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to remedy the issue.

  Mark came when arranged, carried out the work efficiently and even did some extra bits on the roof at no extra cost. He took photos before and after to show me what he had done. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team and would use him again.
