Mark and his team were nothing short of excellent. A delight to have working on our roof. They were professional and friendly, and communication was excellent. We needed a new dry ridge kit applying between our roof and our neighbour's roof, replacement of the lead flashing around the chimneys, repairs to the cracked chimney flaunching and re-siting of some slipped slates. The team showed us each step of the job so we knew what had been done and left the place clean and tidy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with this company. Mark arrived, explained all the details of how they would clean the roof, and how he could get the aerial out in a very awkward area, and even suggested a simpler way that saved me money. The communication was excellent and kept me updated on what they are going to do next. His team were very cheerful and friendly. Really pleased with the standard of work and the duty of care Mark and his team showed. Did an excellent job and left the property very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Mark contacted me within 24h and sent a surveyor the same week, contrasting with other contractors who didn't appear interested. I was pleased with communication which was responsive and helpful. Roof and chimney problems were identified and they worked a long day to sort things to my satisfaction. They seem a happy and enthusiastic crew and I would have no hesitation in asking them to return in the future.
