  Small beginnings

  A small job but done very professionally and very quickly. Excellent standard of work by a tradesman who is genuinely interested in providing what the customer needs. As previously stated in was a small job to repair a gutter but it was important to me and I am very grateful that he took the time to do the work. I would certainly recommend Mark and M H Property Services to my friends and relatives and would not hesitate to use him in the future should I need to. Mr G Groom

  Mark did a very professional job on our roof he is very polite, tidy and honest. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again if needed. He is. Very reasonable with his pricing. Very punctual and left us with everything tidied up.

  We were very pleased with the work carried out by Mark at M H Property Services. He replaced a leaking gutter, sanded and painted the soffits, capped the fascia boards and fitted a new down pipe. He completed the work very efficiently in one day. Mark is experienced, reliable and professional. I am happy to recommend him without reservation.

  Fantastic services from a wonderful tradesman with excellent knowledge and expertise in his field. Many, many years of experience to his name and his company is highly recommended. My house exterior was in need of painting and decorating as it was looking tired and weather beaten. Communication from the owner is excellent and his work is of a high standard. Thorough, attention to detail and MH has a very good work ethic. He is passionate about his work, professional and delivers to a high standard. This is why I give top scores to MH in all categories.
