  Honest and hard working roofer - you will not be disappointed!

  Mark has been my roofer for a number of years now and I would not have it any other way. He is a fantastic gentleman to deal with - very honest, reliable, fair on pricing and completes jobs with his heart. I would not hesitate in appointing Mark no matter how small or large the job is. He always consults before undertaking any extra work and will try to advise on solutions which are practical and avoid issues occurring again in the future.   First class service and reliability. I am extremely happy with the work done to repair my guttering and fascia boards. Mark provided expert advice and carried out the work efficiently, ensuring that any additional problems were identified and rectified cost effectively giving me complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Mark and will be using his services for any future need that I may have.

  Small beginnings

  A small job but done very professionally and very quickly. Excellent standard of work by a tradesman who is genuinely interested in providing what the customer needs. As previously stated in was a small job to repair a gutter but it was important to me and I am very grateful that he took the time to do the work. I would certainly recommend Mark and M H Property Services to my friends and relatives and would not hesitate to use him in the future should I need to. Mr G Groom

  Very good roofing work

  Mark did a very professional job on our roof he is very polite, tidy and honest. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again if needed. He is. Very reasonable with his pricing. Very punctual and left us with everything tidied up.
