I reached out to Mark via check a trade as we had chimney leaks in 2 places. Mark came the next day to review the leaks and gave a very fair price and honest opinion on what needed to be done. He also gave advice on additional pieces that would improve the roof issues but there no pressure from Mark at all to have this done. He was able to fit in the repairs the following week. Mark is a lovely person and completed the work to a very high standard. I am very happy with the work completed. Thank you Mark

We contacted M H Property services as we needed some broken roof tiles to be replaced. We were very impressed by the efficient and courteous service from Mark. His communication was good into what needed doing, and he arrived to do the work at the time he said despite being up against some poor weather conditions. And all at a very reasonable price.
