  Shower Enclosure Repair

  The team did a reasonable job resealing the shower enclosure and replacing some of the grouting, although the new grout colour isn’t an exact match to the original. Unfortunately, removing the shower door resulted in some damage. A tile was marked by the multitool, leaving a permanent black mark, and another tile was accidentally cracked while removing the guide rails.   Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased the shower was returned to working order. Before starting, we explained that removing the existing shower enclosure carried a risk of damage, as the profiles had been heavily bonded with silicone for many years. A tile was damaged during removal and another cracked while removing the guide rails. The cracked tile was replaced. We also clearly explained that, due to the age of the installation, an exact match for the original tile and grout colour could not be guaranteed. We always make customers aware of risks clearly and take care to minimise damage.

  Excellent plumber and thoroughly decent bloke!

  Mike was recommended to us by one of our daughters, and we’re very glad she pointed us his way. He’s worked on our shower, bathroom and kitchen projects, and we fully intend to keep using him as our renovation continues. He’s not only an excellent plumber but also someone who brings smart, practical ideas when unexpected issues crop up. On top of that, he’s a genuinely decent bloke!!
