Response from Bifrost Bathrooms and Boilers Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased the shower was returned to working order. Before starting, we explained that removing the existing shower enclosure carried a risk of damage, as the profiles had been heavily bonded with silicone for many years. A tile was damaged during removal and another cracked while removing the guide rails. The cracked tile was replaced. We also clearly explained that, due to the age of the installation, an exact match for the original tile and grout colour could not be guaranteed. We always make customers aware of risks clearly and take care to minimise damage.
