    Guttering and fascia’s

    I had new gutters and fascias fitted by Raise the Roof in 2022, plus some new ridge tiles. Recently (2026) the gutter came loose at a join with my neighbours house, and they came round and sorted it quickly and without charge. There was then a knock on disturbance to the neighbours gutter and they came right back and fixed it the next day. The original work was really good, and the customer service and support 4 years later first class. I hope this is helpful to people looking for a trusted reliable roofer. Highly recommended.

    Amazing roof repair and extremely professional. 5 stars!

    After being scammed by a dodgy roofer, Martin was an absolute angel to have fixed my Edwardian roof. He was professional, offered a fair price, and was extremely thorough when breaking down the costs (which were always backed up with clear photo evidence). Unlike other roofers, he came on the exact date he'd agreed upon and always kept me up to date on any delays (which was only 1 day!) He completely transformed my roof, and I couldn't be happier with it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for skilled and professional roof repair service. 5 stars!

    Just how you want roofing work to go!

    Cannot fault the service from Raise the Roof who were responsive, transparent and efficient. Martin was quick to reply, clear and straightforward on what was needed and (equally important) what was not. Used photos to show the state of the roof so I understood what was needed and why. They actioned the work quickly and kept me up to date on what they'd done with photos before, during and after. The whole team were friendly, helpful, engaged and passionate about their work. Exemplary and streets ahead of other roofers I used, even those with good scores on Checkatrade.

    Roof repairs.

    Friendly, efficient service. Martin has previously carried out repairs on our roof. Today he adjusted and sealed two corner tiles and corner gutter. All gutters were then cleared of moss and grass. Highly recommended!

    Recommended for flat roof replacement, slate/chimney stacks repairs, and guttering

    Clear and transparent during the quotation process - they provided clear rationale for what needed doing and why, enabling me to make an informed choice. They were not the cheapest option, but I chose Raise the Roof because I felt I could trust the quality. There were some delays to work starting due to bad weather, which were communicated clearly. It didn't end up being too much of an inconvenience. During the work, the team took care of themselves and caused minimum disruption. At the end they clearly explained the work they had done and provided pictures. I am happy to recommend them.

    Excellent Roof Repair

    Communicated well both prior to and during the job. Gave a very clear assessment of the condition of the roof with plenty of photos to demonstrate. Followed this up with his recommendation and quote for the cost. It was easy to compare this with other quotes and make my decision. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with photos showing the completed work so that I could see clearly the before and after position. Very satisfied.
