  Guttering and fascia’s

  I had new gutters and fascias fitted by Raise the Roof in 2022, plus some new ridge tiles. Recently (2026) the gutter came loose at a join with my neighbours house, and they came round and sorted it quickly and without charge. There was then a knock on disturbance to the neighbours gutter and they came right back and fixed it the next day. The original work was really good, and the customer service and support 4 years later first class. I hope this is helpful to people looking for a trusted reliable roofer. Highly recommended.

  Resolved intermittent pressure drops

  JD Property helped troubleshoot a long standing problem with intermittent pressure drops in the boiler. I’ve had boiler insurance with multiple big name firms who failed to resolve the issue over a number of years. They advised I needed a power flush and a specialist leak detection company. JD Property came, listened to the history, logically diagnosed the issue, identified a potential air valve leak on the expansion vessel, and minor over the efficiency of the boiler. I highly recommend for professionalism, integrity, diligence, and end result, and will use them myself in future.
