Absolutely amazing service and patience, providing a constant stream of samples to ensure we chose the right carpet, and underlay for our underfloor heating in our cabin. Macauley was knowledgeable and patient even when I was indecisive, being colour blind and having huge expectations for carpet which I couldn’t have due to the tog rating, Macauley ensured we had the right information to make the right choice.
