Absolutely amazing service and patience, providing a constant stream of samples to ensure we chose the right carpet, and underlay for our underfloor heating in our cabin. Macauley was knowledgeable and patient even when I was indecisive, being colour blind and having huge expectations for carpet which I couldn’t have due to the tog rating, Macauley ensured we had the right information to make the right choice. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to ensure we had the right carpet and the colour I really wanted. See you next month for phase 2 😊
