Daniel was great and helped us out quite last minute when our boiler was leaking. He replaced it within a day, was tidy, efficient and great communication

After an initial visit the previous week Metrogas were able to come out again promptly to undertake a service of our combi boiler and fit a new smart thermostat. These work was done efficiently and the engineer was very polite and approachable and happily explained what needed doing, how to set up the thermostat and general progress of the work.

They were quick responding to our request for assistance. They checked the boiler, identified the problem and made the necessary repairs in a quick and efficient manner. Communication was great all through the process.

Daniel installed a new shower mixer and serviced the boiler. Really pleased with the work and service he provided. Fair price, no hassle, and he explained what he was doing from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

He also talked me through another query over the phone where many other companies would have charged me a call out fee. Daniel was really helpful right from the start. He supplied a quotation as requested for a complete set of replacement radiators plus their fitting - and the disposal of the old ones. His quotation proved to be very competitive indeed when compared to a similar quotation from another local established company. Although most were general replacements, in one case the radiator was in a completely different position within one of the bedrooms, which proved no trouble at all to Daniel. Very speedy service and we were pleased with the overall result.
