  They were quick responding to our request for assistance. They checked the boiler, identified the problem and made the necessary repairs in a quick and efficient manner. Communication was great all through the process.

  Drain blockage found and cleared.

  Arrived promptly at very short notice (phoned about an hour before he arrived). Friendly service, taking care to explain all he was doing in searching for a possible foul drain blockage. Once he had found the problem he managed to clear it quickly. The whole visit was finished in under an hour.
