  I have been treated really badly interms of work. I do not trust Merstham.

  This company is the worst company ever. My window replace by them and hired them to repair my kitchen door hinges. Job started June 2025 they came to correct their terrible work 5 extra times except 2 initial fitting and Manager director Anthony visit. They have ruined my new window not using required skills and care. I regret to trust and work with Merstham Glass.it has been nightmare to deal with them and complain ongoing.Windows and doors ruined. Manager Director hiding and excepting responsibilities to damaged my kitchen door and refusing to pay cost of the door. Think twice !!!!

We attended your property on multiple occasions, including a director visit, and carried out goodwill works beyond our contractual obligations in an effort to resolve the finishing concerns raised. The windows supplied are functional, secure, and weather-tight. We also offered either a final rectification visit or a goodwill financial allowance to bring the matter to a close, but did not receive a response.   I have been using Mersthamglass to undertake a number of projects on our house from replacing Broken sealed double glazed units to replacement external doors. We have recently had the porch, front door and bifold replaced, again great product, fitters covered carpets, install was great and cleaned and left place tidy, Great support and install, cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done

  Really easy to deal with, they have a great system which prompts payments and states clearly what will happen and when, very fairly priced and work was done to the expected time frame and standard.
