Efficiency, professionalism and great advice, would definitely use them again

Just a great experience all round, from my first contact with the office to the job being completed. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and communication was very good. Colin made the first site visit and was quickly able to establish the problem and explain it to me - never an easy job! Dean and Leian repaired the doors and Dean gave me a few tips for future maintenance and the work was done efficiently and tidily. My doors are like new again. And everyone turned up exactly when they were supposed to. 10 out of 10 all round.

We were concerned that our windows would all need to be replaced as many of them hadn’t closed properly for years. With a large house this would have been very costly! We were delighted to find out that it was only the hinges that were faulty. After a thorough survey Dean and Leian cleaned and lubricated all the hinges and replaced them where necessary. They were respectful, polite and friendly, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how to maintain the hinges to prevent the problem happening again.

The work was completed in a timely manner by a very nice glazing fitter. We felt safe and secure enough to leave him in the house alone whilst we went out. When we returned the work had been completed and the workspace left clean and tidy. The installation was exactly as expected and matched an existing window perfectly. We would happily use Merstham Glass for all our glazing needs.

Very pleased with Matt and Callum’s work. The door looks very smart and we feel more secure in our home now.
