I'll give one star as the work... eventually... is good. But if you want a single point of contact, if you want the work to complete to the schedule you agree with them... if you don't want there to be mistake after mistake, if you don't want your house protected by chipboard and flapping tarp in storm weather while you wait not knowing when or if they will fix their mistake, or to have to chase them for everything... and if you want them to communicate with you, then DON'T choose Merstham Glass.

Lee and Erik were excellent, polite and professional. Really pleased with the new door and glass side windows.

Great professional service from showroom through initial quote, us messing about and changing ideas, to fitting and completion. 8 replacement PVC windows and a glazed kitchen door. Iain gave a sensible price with none of the silliness associated with the national companies and their pricing games. Lee, Erik and Pete very friendly, polite, tidy and careful during the installation. Good follow-up at all stages.

We were very impressed with the process of ordering our new door. As a replacement for a Victorian door we wanted something in keeping with the character of the house. Excellent advice and design. Lee and Erik fitted the door for us and we were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The finish, inside and out is superb. They left the site clear and clean. All doubts about a modern replacement have gone! Thoroughly recommend MG and their team.
