  Mark was brilliant. He arrived promptly and used his camera gear to quickly locate the problem. He diagnosed the issue as a mechanical failure with a Saniflo unit rather than a drain blockage. Despite providing a full diagnosis and peace of mind, he refused to charge me as he "hadn't fixed the problem." A rare, honest tradesman and a top bloke. 10/10.

  Merseyside Drainage Solutions responded to my advert less than 30 minutes after it was posted and helped me to unblock my drain within the hour. They were polite and helpful, and I would recommend their services.

  Merseyside Drainage Solutions provided an excellent service for us. They not only resolved our main issue quickly and efficiently but also fixed several other problems we had on the spot. We appreciated how they handled everything in quick succession, saving us lots of hassle. They were very clear in explaining the process and answering all our questions, along with giving us helpful advice on parts we needed. Their openness and willingness to help really stood out.
