  Incredible service - Honest, professional and knowledgeable

  Mark was brilliant. He arrived promptly and used his camera gear to quickly locate the problem. He diagnosed the issue as a mechanical failure with a Saniflo unit rather than a drain blockage. Despite providing a full diagnosis and peace of mind, he refused to charge me as he "hadn't fixed the problem." A rare, honest tradesman and a top bloke. 10/10.
