No work undertaken despite verbal agreed quote price and date set for Sat 7th Sept at 8am. No contact despite midweek email and job date. Common courtesy to tell us he did not want to do the job would have been nice

Internal and external cleaning of all windows, doors, white PVC damp proofing & pipework and a polycarbonate roof. Cleaned all to a satisfactory standard. Sam was polite and courteous throughout. Good value.
