  Internal and external cleaning of all windows, doors, white PVC damp proofing & pipework and a polycarbonate roof. Cleaned all to a satisfactory standard. Sam was polite and courteous throughout. Good value.

  I had all of my cross gable and flat roofs replaced and/or repaired, as applicable. Neil Hancock's communication was brilliant from the start. He kept to his word throughout and went above and beyond to reassure me he was honest - having been scammed by other traders in the past. He and his various teams were courteous, kept me fully informed, and answered all my queries - which were many! I would highly recommend Rapid Response Roofers 247 Limited - and am using them again soon to redo a previously bodged bay window roof repair.

  18/10/2023 - Quoted for 12 items. 01/11/2023 - Completed 3 of 12 items. 02/11/2023 - I paid invoice. Good value. 06/11/2023 - Had to return to fix leak to 1 of 3 completed items. 27/11/2023 - 01/12/2023 - Gave no notice. Cancelled remaining 9 items until New Year 2024. 02/01/2024 - 08/02/2024 - Gave no notice. Cancelled all outstanding works. Will not be returning.
