From the very beginning, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough in addressing issues we were facing and now barely a pest in sight. They carefully assessed the property, ensuring no corners were overlooked. Lirian and co are super friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure to explain the process in detail, so we know exactly what to expect. They also provided helpful tips for preventing future infestations. The company is extremely professional in its study, diagnosis, communication, application and execution. I am very happy to recommend them. I can’t speak highly enough of my point of contact Lirian who was very thorough as well as highly efficient in all his undertakings. His communication skills are excellent and he follows through on everything he suggests (a rare commodity these days).
