Lirian and his team have honestly been so helpful, patient and kind. Harry and Perry came initially to identify the issue and started the removal process which was very effective, and Lirian came to install prevention devices as well as assisting a CCTV drainage survey. The team went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue for which our family are very grateful!

Lyrian was very friendly, helpful upfront and honest about the situation. He ensured that others who could be affected by the works confirmed they were happy showing due diligence and also advised us that the council may do some of the work for free or at lower costs. Now waiting to hear back from the council but will definitely be using their services once we confirm what they will and won't do.
