  Great fitted work // Communication could’ve been better.

  The job was completed, the installation was good and there is no concern about the skills of the engineer. However communication was extremely broken up ((We had to chase for a date of completation, in complete understanding of few issues that the contractor had…however not communicated) in and once the job was done it was a push for the payment (Messages like: “can you pay now” and few “spicy” voice messages.

  We had to go to the job twice previously as there was rubbish where we had to work. Also the radiators,were of the wall and couldn't get on. In no way was I rude in any message I said please and thank you.

  Changing a two way valve

  Marc was a great help. Despite being old clogged system he helped us changing the valve and draining the system. He went step ahead and tried to get the air out of the system. Very nice guy. 10/10 for his work.

  Bathroom install

  I’ve had Marc do my bathroom install on my annex, and connect my koi pond to water mains. All work no matter how small or large the job was, all carried out with excellent workmanship and communication.
