The job was completed, the installation was good and there is no concern about the skills of the engineer. However communication was extremely broken up ((We had to chase for a date of completation, in complete understanding of few issues that the contractor had…however not communicated) in and once the job was done it was a push for the payment (Messages like: “can you pay now” and few “spicy” voice messages.

Marc was a great help. Despite being old clogged system he helped us changing the valve and draining the system. He went step ahead and tried to get the air out of the system. Very nice guy. 10/10 for his work.

Top bloke! Came out really quick and diagnosed the issue with my boiler and got it fixed the next day, would highly recommend Marc.

I’ve had Marc do my bathroom install on my annex, and connect my koi pond to water mains. All work no matter how small or large the job was, all carried out with excellent workmanship and communication.
