I had Charlie from M Drummond to come over to lower the front ground level on my property as my airbricks were obstructed because of it. He lowered it as much as he could and was honest telling me if he lowers it anymore because the ground is uneven water would actually pool in those areas and it would lead to worse drainage and standing water. I liked the fact that he was honest & reliable and I have some other work around the house which I will be using him for. I have also recommended to my cousin. Good to find honest builders.

We hired Matthew to take down a wall to open up a new kitchen entrance and seal the previous one. The quality of the work is top-notch, and he made the whole process stress-free. Matthew is a great communicator and very professional. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend him!

From start to finish was a great experience. We were let down by a previous builder who started the job, left us in the lurch. Matthew turned up as planned, kept us informed throughout. Did a fantastic job of high quality - we’re really pleased with the end result, transformed the front of our house. We’ve already recommended him to other family members. Matthew and his team managed the project from build stage to completion of internal finish bar general decorating. From helping with desgin ideas of a vaulted ceiling in our bedroom to no problem being to small or difficult for him to overcome. Matthew and his team made it simple and clear along the way as to how the build was progressing and organised when each trade was to come in. Any isssue that came up as therw always will be in a large building project, Matthew sorted everything in a timely mannor. Very happy with our experience.

Mathew came to look at the work we had previously discussed over the phone & talked us through the process of work which will be carried out. We was happy with the quote work commenced the following week. Mathew & his team have a great work ethic very polite and clean & tidy after every day.
